October 2024 – Astra has been appointed the new distributor for Eko Guitars in China. As one of the leading companies in the musical instrument distribution industry in China, Astra supplies some of the most prominent retailers in the country.
At the Music China 2024 exhibition in Shanghai, Astra showcased an impressive range of Eko Guitars’ finest acoustic models at its magnificent stand. Highlights included the Ranger Futura, a modern reinterpretation of the iconic original model; the WOW (Wood of the World), an all-solid guitar crafted with exotic woods sourced globally; and the compact Marco Polo, a travel-friendly guitar featuring onboard amplification designed for musicians on the go.
In addition to these models, Astra introduced several exclusive guitars developed specifically for the Eastern market, designed by Eko Guitars in collaboration with the distributor. This marks a significant milestone for Eko’s design team in Montelupone, Italy, which continues to combine tradition with innovation to meet the demands of musicians worldwide.
