Ranger VI VR EQ Natural Top Stained is the electrified acoustic guitar from the "Vintage Reissue" line with Dreadnought shape from Eko Guitars, amplified with a Fishman Sonitone system. It celebrates the original models from the 1960s by re-proposing features from the past combined with more modern construction choices. It features a Spruce top, Mahogany back and sides, Mahogany neck and South American Roupanà fingerboard. An affordable acoustic guitar, perfect for students, for live use, for vintage enthusiasts and for those who decide to start studying guitar with a reliable, high-performance instrument.
RANGER VI VR EQ NATURAL TOP STAINED BY EKO GUITARS OVERVIEW
Eko Guitars continues the tradition of the famous Ranger with the Vintage Reissue line that re-proposes several features of the original models, such as the bolt-on neck, adjustable aluminium saddle, zero-fret and rectangular dots. Technically improved, the new Ranger VI VR retains the same combination of woods, with Mahogany for the sides and back and Spruce for the top. The onboard preamplifier is the Fishman Sonitone: the system controls the electric piezo and offers volume and tone controls. A retro look, thanks to the revised pickguard that retains the typical shape of the past. The first edition of this guitar takes us back to 1962 when Eko decided to produce a series of folk guitars based on the popular Dreadnought shape, very fashionable in America at the time. The first 6-string guitar was named J54 and was an immediate success in terms of playability and price. Available in colours: Natural Top Stained, Honey Burst.
